INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES & FEES
Our fees & services are flexible depending on whether you require a complete interior design or separate elements such as space planning, furniture design, lighting, etc. Fees can be based on an hourly rate or charged as a percentage of the budget, the decision is yours.

FULL INTERIOR DESIGNS are charged as a percentage of the total budget and invoices are issued at regular periods throughout the project with the final balance being due on completion. Payment is by cheque upon receipt of invoice.
ONLINE INTERIOR DESIGN or LIGHTING DESIGN is payable in advance by credit transfer or cheque.
Services range from a basic colour scheme to complete interior design and refurbishment of an entire building. During the initial consultation our experienced interior designers will assess your requirements and offer an interior design package tailored to suit your needs on both an aesthetic and economic level. Our interior designers have a broad knowledge of all styles and periods from Contemporary to Traditional and are fully acquainted with the requirements for working on listed buildings.
Within a complete interior design package, based on a percentage of the budget, most services are included within the fee. These include: Space Planning, Colour Schemes, Mood Boards, Sourcing Furniture, Specifications for Contractors, etc. All of these are also available as ‘stand alone’ options, chargeable on an hourly basis. In addition, we offer a ‘house doctor’ service where one of our consultants will visit your home and offer advice on suitable changes to optimise it for sale or rental; as well as our new diagnostic service where we offer on-the-spot advice for a fixed fee.
An added bonus of commissioning a complete interior design is that you will be granted access to trade furniture and fabric showrooms where you can view items not readily available to the general public.
Should you require rare artworks for your interior, we will source these through our comprehensive network of dealers and importers as well as negotiating a good price on your behalf. A small handling fee will be levied on this service.
The fee for all interior design work will normally be based on a percentage of the budget and will be agreed in writing before commencement of work. This will be based on our assessment of the work involved, following the initial consultation. Individual services will be charged pro rata on an hourly basis unless an overall percentage or fixed fee is agreed for the entire interior design project. No changes will be made to the agreed fee without prior consultation.
We will always work within your allotted budget and will offer constructive advice on the practicality of your interior design ideas as well as giving you a sound idea of how best to utilise your budget.
