In the current economic climate many homeowners are taking on home improvements themselves to keep costs down. With MIX & MATCH you can ensure that you only pay for help in the areas where you may not have sufficient specialist knowledge to complete the design on your own.
HOW IT WORKS - Just email us a plan of the room(s) in question with a few dimensions and we will produce a drawing from which we can work out space planning, lighting plots, furniture layouts, etc. based on your requirements.
THE ELEMENTS - The ones that readily lend themselves to online design are Space Planning, Lighting Design and Furniture Layouts. We can also offer general advice on colour schemes but since colour is so affected by specific lighting conditions a home consultation would usually be advisable.
We can also arrange a HOME CONSULTATION if you feel you could benefit from some one-on-one time with your designer. This is normally free when included as part of a complete interior design but when treated as a stand-alone option we charge £99 for North London and £150 for elsewhere within the M25. Consultaions further afield are also available by negotiation. |
ONLINE DESIGN FEES - The elements that go together to create an online design package are based on a modular pricing structure of £99 per room per element, for standard rooms working from a plan supplied.
The plan can be an architect's drawing, an estate agents plan or even a rough sketch; all we need is a few dimensions and we can adapt the drawing or produce a new one one upon which we can base our design. If we need to adapt a plan this is charged as a separate element. Dual purpose rooms (Kitchen/Diner, Living/Dining Room, etc) may incur an additional chage.

One-off queries are best addressed by our room service where we guarantee to answer any question within 24hrs (weekdays) for a modest charge of £40.
This can be as simple as "How can I make these curtains work with this sofa?" or "What's wrong with this colour scheme?", to more technical queries: "What type of dimmers should I use in my living room" or "How does a smart home system work, and can I run it from my iphone?"
