DESIGN ON A BUDGET
- In the light of recent developments in the property market we
recognise that many homeowners are taking on DIY home improvements to
keep costs down. Our online service is designed to offer help &
advice within a modular pricing structure so that you can mix &
match exactly which elements you need, ensuring that you only pay for help in the areas where you may lack sufficient expertise.
HOW IT WORKS - All you have to do is email (or post) a rough sketch of the layout with a few dimensions and we will draw up a plan from which we can work out space planning, lighting plots, etc. Ideally, if you have an architect's drawing or even an estate agent's plan we can load these into our system and convert them into a drawing to form the basis for the elements you require.
We will then contact you to determine your specific requirements and our experienced team will ensure that we have enough information so that we can incorporate every detail to help you create an
interior that truly reflects your tastes and aspirations.
THE ELEMENTS - Elements that readily lend themselves to online interior design are: SPACE PLANNING, FURNITURE LAYOUTS and LIGHTING DESIGN. We can also offer general advice on colour schemes but since colour is so affected by the specific lighting conditions on-site a complete colour scheme would usually have to include a home consultation.

CONTROLLING COSTS-
The primary aim of this online design service is to help keep you
within budget without compromising on style & content. Our costs
are kept down by eliminating the need for site visits thereby saving
you money whilst you still benefit from our wealth of experience and
knowledge in the world of interiors.
ADVICE & IDEAS - If you just need a few general ideas or the solution to a specific design dilemma we can also answer these queries online. The minimum fee for this service is £50.
DESIGN FEES - £100/room per element if working from architect's drawings. (If we need to produce a plan from rough sketches a supplement of £85 per room will be added). If several areas are involved, with differing requirements we will be happy to quote an overall price based on an hourly rate of £85.
HOME CONSULTATION - Should you wish to supplement the online service with a consultation with one of our interior designers, this is charged at £250 for a meeting lasting around a couple of hours, then £85 per hour for any subsequent visits. (within the M25, Cheshire and South Manchester.Other areas my be subject to a small surcharge).
